We've made it! The final week of the College Fantasy Football season has arrived and it's championship time at CBSSports.com.

It seems like yesterday we were formulating strategies and preparing for Draft Day, and now 12 weeks later Fantasy glory is on the line.

Hopefully, you have enjoyed the first season of utilizing individual players and are still in the hunt for a Fantasy championship.

The CBSSports.com 2008 Fantasy Experts League is wrapping up as well this week and the championship game has come down to myself (8-3) against Senior Fantasy Writer Eric Mack (11-0).

As another guide to help set your lineup, below are the rosters Eric and I will be using in our championship game (subject to change):

Hurcomb vs. Mack
Hurcomb Mack
Colin Kaepernick, QB, Nevada Todd Reesing, QB, Kansas
Shonn Greene, RB, Iowa Jacquizz Rodgers, RB, Oregon St.
Tyrell Fenroy, RB, Louisiana-Lafayette Vai Taua, RB, Nevada
Austin Collie, WR, BYU Jason Chery, WR, La.-Lafayette
Emmanuel Sanders, WR, SMU Eric Decker, WR, Minnesota
Chris Williams, WR, NMSU Aldrick Robinson, WR, SMU
Mark Hafner, TE, Houston Branden Ledbetter, TE, WMU
Louie Sakoda, K, Utah Philip Welch, K, Wisconsin
Southern California DST Ohio State DST

An interesting note about the matchup is that Eric has some of his best players on a bye -- the Rice tandem of quarterback Chase Clement and Jarrett Dillard, the TCU DST and Oklahoma tight end Jermaine Gresham.

From my lineup the only big player on a bye is Pittsburgh running back LeSean McCoy. But it's also interesting to note that I've chosen to start Kaepernick at quarterback over my first-round pick Dan LeFevour, who has been a bit of a letdown in 2008.

There you have it. The matchup has been set. Battle lines have been drawn. So let the best team win and good luck to all that something still left on the table.

Fantasy Pretender or Contender

Houston running back Bryce Beall had a field day Week 11 against Tulane as he racked up 203 total yards, including 176 rushing yards. Beall had touchdown runs of two and 15 yards as well as a 19-yard touchdown catch.

The true freshman wasn't a highly-recruited player, but surprisingly signed with Houston over the likes of Kansas, Kansas State and Missouri. It was largely because they gave him a chance to play in the offensive backfield instead of the defensive backfield. Smart recruiting move by the Cougars and even smarter move by Beall.

The 5-11, 195 Beall started the season buried on the Cougars depth chart at running back, but has since maneuvered all the way to the top. Beall leads the team with 801 rushing yards. He has managed 100-yard rushing games in four of his last five games and has nine rushing touchdowns in that span. He has 12 total touchdowns in nine games.

Fantasy Take: Contender

Fantasy Walk-on of the Week

As we continue to spotlight true freshman, Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd has made an impact that was pretty much expected in 2008.

Floyd, unlike Beall, was one of the top recruits in '08 and not only at his position. The 6-3, 215-pound wideout has accumulated 46 catches for 702 yards and seven touchdowns in his first eight college games. He has added the big target coach Charlie Weis has been looking for since Maurice Stovall graduated and Floyd has had a big part in quarterback Jimmy Clausen's progression.

Floyd has five touchdowns in his last five games and four 100-yard games as a freshman. He has even snuck into the top 30 Fantasy rankings for wide receivers.

Injury Notes

Central Michigan quarterback Dan LeFevour is expected back Saturday against Northern Illinois after resting the last two weeks to recover from a sprained ankle that has bothered him since getting injured against Temple ... Fresno State running back Ryan Mathews continues to be bothered by a knee injury and remains questionable heading in Saturday's tilt with New Mexico State. Mathews has been bothered by the injury for the last five games, taking limited reps in three of those games ... The Michigan backfield could have a new look Saturday against Northwestern as quarterback Steven Threet (concussion) and running back Brandon Minor (shoulder/wrist) are questionable ... Minnesota suffered an embarrassing loss against Michigan Week 11 and star wide receiver Eric Decker was limited to one half because of an ankle injury suffered Week 10 against Northwestern. He is now questionable heading into Week 12 against Wisconsin, and even if he plays, he might not be 100 percent ... Missouri tight end Chase Coffman was absent from the team's Week 11 win against Kansas State because of a sprained toe and still remains questionable heading into Week 12 against Iowa State. However, coach Gary Pinkel sounded optimistic Coffman would be ready to play ... Nebraska running back Marlon Lucky has been a very disappointing Fantasy option in recent weeks and an ankle injury has played a part. He is probable for Saturday against Kansas State, but even if active, he will likely lose reps to Roy Helu, who has been steamrolling the competition lately ... Northwestern quarterback C.J. Bacher has been inactive the last two games because of a hamstring injury and remains questionable heading into Saturday's contest against Michigan ... Oregon State quarterback Lyle Moevao didn't play Week 11 against UCLA because of a strained shoulder, but is probable for Week 12 against California and is expected back under center ... Purdue quarterback Curtis Painter has missed the last two games because of a separated right shoulder and his return remains questionable heading into Week 12 against Iowa ... SMU freshman quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell left in the second quarter Week 11 against Memphis with a shoulder injury. He was replaced by Logan Turner, who could start Week 12 against UTEP since Mitchell is questionable ... South Florida has enjoyed a bye week since playing Cincinnati Oct. 30 -- a game they faced without running back Mike Ford, who was out with an ankle injury. Despite the extra rest, Ford is still questionable for Saturday's game against Rutgers ... Southern Miss star running back Damion Fletcher missed only the second game of his career Week 11 against UCF because of a strained hamstring. The Golden Eagles have nothing further yet to report on Fletcher's injury and he is once again questionable against ECU ... Stanford running back Toby Gerhart was limited Week 11 against Oregon because of a hamstring injury, but it appears he will be in uniform Saturday against USC as he is listed as probable ... Western Michigan running back Brandon West left in the fourth quarter Week 11 against Illinois with a mild ankle sprain, but is listed as probable for Week 12 against Toledo and is expected to play.

Schools playing Non-FBS teams

An important note to remember in College Fantasy Football is that players are assessed a 25 percent penalty when a FBS team plays a FCS team (formerly Division I-AA). Therefore, if you own a player on a team listed below, you will only get 75 percent of their Fantasy points for the upcoming week:

No game scheduled against FCS teams

Five Players to Start

Jeff Moturi, WR, UTEP: The junior wide receiver started the season very slow with just 19 catches, 159 yards and one touchdown in his first five games. However, he has come on as of late and has rekindled great rapport with quarterback Trevor Vittatoe. Moturi has 24 catches for 349 yards and seven touchdowns in his last five games. Moturi should have a big game Week 12 against Southern Methodist. The Mustangs rank 94th in pass defense (242.5 ypg) and have allowed 28 passing touchdowns.

Ian Johnson, RB, Boise State: The senior running back and former All-American likely leads the list as one of the most disappointing Fantasy players in 2008. Expect to near 1,500 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns, Johnson has just 525 rushing yards and eight touchdowns in nine games. He is only the 90th best rusher in college, averaging 58.3 yards per game. Maybe Johnson can finally get going against an old foe Week 12 -- Idaho. The Vandals rank 111th in rush defense (213.0 ypg) and have yielded 27 rushing touchdowns. In his last two games against Idaho, Johnson has 291 rushing yards and six touchdowns.

Roy Helu, RB, Nebraska: As we alluded to in the injury section, Nebraska running back Marlon Lucky has been hampered by an ankle injury recently and Helu Jr. has picked up the slack. He has two straight 100-yard games and three touchdowns in that span. The Huskers are likely to lean again on Helu Jr. in Week 12 against Kansas State. The Wildcats are allowing 210.8 rushing yards per game (109th) and 34.4 points per game (108th scoring defense).

Case Keenum, QB, Houston: Keenum has been one of the highest Fantasy scorers all season, but the most he has ever been started was 21 percent in Week 8. Well, Week 12 against Tulsa poses another prime time to start the sophomore gunslinger. Tulsa ranks 111th against the pass (270.1 ypg) and have allowed 22 passing touchdowns in nine games.

Jerrod Johnson, QB, Texas A&M: First-year coach Mike Sherman put his stamp on the Texas A&M program early in his tenure by replacing Stephen McGee at quarterback with Johnson. While the Aggies are just 4-6, Johnson has done very well under center. The dual-threat quarterback has 2,225 total yards, 22 touchdowns (19 passing) and just six interceptions. Week 12 brings an interesting matchup against Baylor. It will be a dual-threat special as Johnson faces off against Robert Griffin. Baylor is allowing 251 passing yards per game and 404 total yards.

Five Players to Bench

Jake Sharp, RB, Kansas: A week after featuring Sharp in our <i>Tutorial</i>, we take him down a notch Week 12 as we consider him a sit option against Texas. The Longhorns don’t mess around when it comes to run defense. They have the sixth best run defense in the country (86.0 ypg) and have allowed just seven rushing touchdowns in 10 games. Quarterback Todd Ressing will likely have to get it down through the air against the 109th ranked pass defense.

Kory Sheets, RB, Purdue: Sheets has been great out of the backfield in 2008 for Purdue after losing Jaycen Taylor in the preseason with a knee injury. Sheets is the 25th best rusher in the nation (101.7 ypg) and has found the end zone 14 times (13 rushing). His good fortunes could come to an end Week 12 against a familiar foe -- Iowa. The Hawkeyes have the 22nd best run (108.6 ypg) and total defense (300.3 ypg). They have also allowed just seven rushing touchdowns in 10 games. Sheets has struggled against Iowa in his career with just 222 rushing yards and two touchdowns in three games. He has never broken 80 yards in any of those games as well.

Eron Riley, WR, Duke: Riley hasn’t had a bad season under David Cutcliffe with 53 catches for 579 yards and six touchdowns. However, he has just one 100-yard game and his second isn't likely to happen Week 12 against Clemson. The Tigers have the nation's 12th best pass defense (172.2 ypg) and have allowed just nine passing touchdowns.

Eddie Williams, TE, Idaho: The senior tight end heads into Week 12 as the fifth best Fantasy tight end with 105.5 points. He has 54 catches for 687 yards and six touchdowns. Great production at a very thin Fantasy position. Still, Williams doesn't exactly have an easy matchup Week 12 against Boise State. The Broncos are allowing just 177.6 yards per game (16th) and have surrendered just six passing touchdowns in nine games. Williams also had just two catches for 12 yards against BSU last season.

Matt Grothe, QB, South Florida: Grothe comes into Week 12 averaging 268.1 yards per game, which puts him 20th overall in the country. He continues to be one of the better dual-threat quarterbacks in the NCAA and he will really be tested this week against Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights own the 41st best defense (327.3 ypg), 40th scoring defense (21.0 ppg) and 22nd ranked pass defense (179.9 ypg).
