  • Sam Ehlinger QB | DEN

Sam Ehlinger: Reverts to practice squad

Ehlinger reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Ehlinger was elevated from the Broncos' practice squad Saturday. He was a healthy inactive during Denver's 34-26 win over Green Bay on Sunday, during which starter Bo Nix played every single offensive snap while Jarrett Stidham served as the backup. Ehlinger is eligible to be elevated to the active roster twice more during the regular season.

  • Giovanni Ricci TE | DET

Giovanni Ricci: Heads back to practice squad

Ricci reverted to the Lions' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

With Sam LaPorta (back) and Brock Wright (neck) on injured reserve, Ricci was elevated behind Shane Zylstra and Anthony Firkser. Ricci logged 12 offensive snaps and another 14 on special teams but didn't produce anything in the box score against the Rams during Sunday's loss.

  • Brittain Brown RB | CHI

Brittain Brown: Reverts to practice squad

Brown reverted to the Bears' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

With Travis Homer (ankle) inactive for Week 15 against Cleveland, Brown was called up as the Bears' RB3 behind D'Andre Swift and Kyle Monangai. Brown ended up playing just one offensive snap and six more on special teams, recording one tackle.

  • Cardinals' Trent Sherfield: Back with practice squad

Sherfield reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Sherfield was elevated to the active roster for the second straight week ahead of Sunday's 40-20 loss to the Texans, failing to record any stats while playing 14 snaps on offense and 17 snaps with the special-teams unit. The wide receiver helped fill in for Marvin Harrison (heel) and Xavier Weaver (hamstring), who were both unavailable in Week 15, and fellow wideout Andre Baccellia (neck) was stretched off the field late in the second quarter. Sherfield could be elevated one more time in Week 16 against the Falcons.

  • Jalen Brooks WR | ARI

Cardinals' Jalen Brooks: Back to practice squad

Brooks reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Brooks played 47 snaps on offense during the Cardinals' 40-20 loss to the Texans, which was second most among Arizona's wide receivers. He finished with one catch (on three targets) for 19 yards and contributed on special teams with five kick returns for 132 yards. Brooks is eligible to be called up from the practice squad once more this season, which could happen for Week 16 against the Falcons, as the Cardinals are dealing with injuries to Marvin Harrison (heel), Xavier Weaver (hamstring) and Andy Baccellia (neck).

  • Elic Ayomanor WR | TEN

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Only targeted once

Ayomanor recorded one reception on one target for 17 yards in Sunday's 37-24 loss to the 49ers.

Ayomanor recorded a 17-yard catch on Tennessee's opening possession and looked to be in for a big role in the offense. However, he wasn't targeted again and has now been held to only one catch in three straight contests.

  • Laremy Tunsil OT | WAS

Commanders' Laremy Tunsil: Set to monitor health

Tunsil (oblique) is set to be monitored at practice in the coming days, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.

Tunsil suffered an oblique injury in Sunday's win over the Giants, and head coach Dan Quinn said Monday that the team will see how the offensive lineman's "movement and strength" is at practice this week. Quinn explained that if Tunsil can play, he will in Week 16 against the Eagles.

  • Tyjae Spears RB | TEN

Titans' Tyjae Spears: Only five touches

Spears rushed the ball three times for 34 yards in Sunday's 37-24 loss to the 49ers. He added two receptions on two targets for two yards.

Spears was on the field for only 20 offensive snaps, his lowest mark since Week 5 -- his season debut. His longest gain went for 20 yards and came during garbage time in the blowout loss. Spears has been a peripheral option in the Tennessee backfield, and the Titans have shown no signs of shifting work away from Tony Pollard.

  • Charles Cross OT | SEA

Seahawks' Charles Cross: Nursing hamstring injury

Cross suffered a hamstring injury late in the fourth quarter of the Seahawks' 18-16 win over the Colts on Sunday, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.

Cross tweaked his hamstring during Jason Myer's game-winning 56-yard field goal during the final minute of the fourth quarter. Cross faces an uphill battle to be ready to play Thursday against the Rams, and if he's ultimately ruled out, then Mason Richman and Josh Jones would likely start at left tackle.

  • Nick Martin LB | SF

49ers' Nick Martin: Still in concussion protocol

Martin remains in the league's concussion protocol Monday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Martin was concussed in Week 13 against Cleveland and missed Sunday's win over the Titans. Across seven appearances this season, Martin has logged 15 defensive snaps and another 74 on special teams.
