Frederic (upper body) will likely be activated from injured reserve and serve as Boston's third-line center Sunday against Vancouver, Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic reports.
If activated, the 23-year-old will skate between Nick Foligno and Karson Kuhlman in his first game since Nov. 9. Frederic logged only one point while averaging 10:07 TOI/G in 10 games prior to the injury.
