Parsons accepted his one-year, two-way qualifying offer from the Flames on Friday, PuckPedia reports.
Parsons appeared in just one game with AHL Stockton last season, surrendering five goals on 25 shots in a 5-2 loss to Manitoba on April 22. The 23-year-old netminder will likely spend most, if not all of the upcoming campaign in the minors.
