Stars' Esa Lindell: Scores early in win
Lindell scored a goal on three shots and blocked four shots in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Jets.

He's maintained some productivity on offense with three goals, seven points and a plus-11 rating over his last 14 appearances, though he could see some premium minutes disappear with the return of Thomas Harley (lower body). Lindell is now at four goals, 11 points, 34 shots on net, 68 blocks and a plus-16 rating through 31 appearances, a scoring pace right in line with his last four seasons.

Charle-Edward D'Astous D | TB
Lightning's Charle-Edouard D'Astous: Gets goal with increased ice time
D'Astous scored a goal Tuesday in a 6-1 win over Montreal.
He also finished plus-5 and had five shots in 23:46. D'Astous' ice time shot up Tuesday when the Bolts juggled its D because Victor Hedman left in the first period due to an undisclosed injury. There is no timeline for Hedman's return. It was D'Astous' first goal in seven games (one assist). Overall, he has three goals, six assists and 26 shots in 23 games.

Darren Raddysh D | TB
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Two goals help lead way
Raddysh scored two goals in a 6-1 win over Montreal on Tuesday.
One of the goals came on the power play. Raddysh led the Bolts in ice time with 24:26 and was once again a fixture on the power play after Victor Hedman (undisclosed) left the game early. Raddysh has five goals -- one more than Brayden Point (yes, you read that right) -- and his 20 points in 24 games is his best pace ever. Watch for updates on Hedman and make sure you have Raddysh poised for action this week.

Nicklaus Perbix D | NSH
Predators' Nick Perbix: Slated to play
Perbix (upper body) is expected to be in the lineup versus the Avalanche on Tuesday, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.
Perbix is set to be included in a seven-defensemen lineup that will allow the Predators to manage his minutes if he's not quite up to speed. He missed the previous three games. The 27-year-old has four points and a minus-11 rating over 25 outings this season.

Victor Hedman D | TB
Lightning's Victor Hedman: Exits contest
Hedman (undisclosed) won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Canadiens.
This was Hedman's third game back from an undisclosed injury that landed him on injured reserve, but it's not clear if this issue is related. It could be, as Hedman hasn't quite looked like himself since his return. The 34-year-old defenseman's status should be updated prior to Thursday's game versus the Devils.

Owen Power D | BUF
Sabres' Owen Power: Ends slump with goal
Power scored a goal on two shots and went minus-2 in Monday's 7-4 loss to the Flames.
Power put an end to an 11-game point drought with his tally. The 23-year-old has maintained a hearty share of ice time, averaging 19:45 per game during his slump, and he logged 21:17 in Monday's contest. For the season, the blueliner is at just eight points with 40 shots on net, 22 blocked shots, 14 hits and a minus-8 rating over 28 appearances. Power has taken a step back this year, his fourth full NHL campaign.

Rasmus Andersson D | CGY
Flames' Rasmus Andersson: Tallies on power play
Andersson scored a power-play goal on four shots, blocked three shots, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Monday's 7-4 win over the Sabres.
Andersson has three points over four outings in December while continuing to offer all-around upside. The 29-year-old blueliner is up to seven goals, 21 points (seven on the power play), 73 shots on net, 62 blocked shots, 36 PIM and a plus-3 rating through 31 appearances this year. His career high in goals is 11, set in 2022-23 and matched in 2024-25, but he could shatter that mark and challenge for his best point total (50 in 2021-22) if he keeps up his current pace.
