Red Sox manager John Farrell says Rusney Castillo will be used in a rotation between right field and center field. Castillo, who was promoted from Triple-A on Friday, will share playing time with both Shane Victorino and Mookie Betts, according to the Boston Globe

Victorino, who is not in Friday's lineup against the Angels, is considered day-to-day with soreness in his left calf. He was a late scratch from Thursday's lineup and has not gotten much playing time since returning from the disabled list on May 11. Though, he has hit well in the seven games since his return, with eight hits in just 19 at-bats, including a double and a home run.

Betts, meanwhile, has been struggling mightely at the plate in his sophomore season. He's batting .205 (8 for 39) with just one extra-base hit over his last 10 games.
