Red Sox OF Daniel Nava goes 1 for 3 in first rehab game

Red Sox outfielder Daniel Nava began his Triple-A rehab assignment on Thursday. Nava, who is nursing a sprained thumb, went 1 for 3 with two strikeouts as the designated hitter for Pawtucket. 

It is not clear when Nava will be able to rejoin the Red Sox roster.
