Tom Koehler joins rotation
Marlins manager Mike Redmond announced Friday that Tom Koehler has replaced Wade LeBlanc in the starting rotation, MLB.com reports. He'll make his first start of the season Sunday in Los Angeles against the Dodgers.
Koehler has posted a 3.18 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 9:6 K:BB ratio in 11 1/3 innings over six relief appearances with the Marlins this season. He made three starts in Triple-A before being recalled, allowing just two earned runs on seven hits and 10 walks in 17 innings while striking out 14.
