Cardinals' Brandon Dickson: Call-up coming Wednesday
The Cardinals will add Dickson to their active roster Wednesday, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.
Dickson signed a minor-league deal with the Cardinals on June 17 and has struggled with a 10.45 ERA in 10.1 innings since then. The righty hasn't thrown more than an inning in any game this season, so he figures to pitch in short, low-leverage situations for the big-league club in September.
