Orioles' Anthony Servideo: Placed on injured list
Servideo was placed on the 7-day injured list at Single-A Delmarva on Saturday due to a groin strain, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Servideo hasn't appeared in any minor-league games since Sunday, and he's apparently been dealing with a groin issue that will force him to miss at least another week. It's not yet clear when the 23-year-old is expected to return to action.

Orioles' Anthony Servideo: Ready for fall ball
Servideo (sports hernia) reported to Sarasota, Fla. on Monday to participate in the Orioles' fall instructional league camp, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Servideo's inclusion at the fall camp suggests that he's made a full recovery from the sports hernia procedure he underwent in late July. Before being shut down for the season, the 22-year-old reached base at a .489 clip and contributed three stolen bases over 20 games for Low-A Delmarva.

Orioles' Anthony Servideo: Undergoes season-ending surgery
Servideo underwent season-ending surgery to repair a sports hernia Friday, Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Servideo has played just 20 career professional games, as the canceled minor-league schedule last year meant he didn't get to make his pro debut after getting selected in the third round. He's shown good plate discipline but very little power in 92 plate appearances for Low-A Delmarva, slashing .246/.489/.311.
