Goodman went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double, a walk and a strikeout in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Astros.
Goodman blasted his fifth homer of the season in the top of the fourth inning with a 397-foot blast to left center, and he ended up getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Goodman is hitting .217 with an .821 OPS, four homers, six RBI, nine runs scored and a stolen base in 53 plate appearances since the beginning of April.

Rockies' Hunter Goodman: Blasts two homers in loss
Goodman went 2-for-5 with two solo home runs in Tuesday's loss against the Astros.
Goodman provided Colorado's biggest offensive spark, as he opened the scoring with a solo shot off Colton Gordon in the first inning, then led off the fifth with another homer to left-center to cut into Houston's lead. It was the sixth multi-homer game of the 26-year-old's career and his first since July 1 of last year. Goodman has now recorded a hit in six of his last nine games and is batting .296 with three homers, five RBI and eight runs scored over that stretch.

Goodman exited Thursday's contest against the Padres in sixth inning with an apparent finger injury after being hit by a pitch, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.
Goodman was struck in the hand by a 95.1-mph fastball from San Diego starter Randy Vasquez to open the top of the sixth inning. The catcher tried to finish the frame, but he was ultimately removed from the contest with one out in the inning. Goodman's finger was bleeding at the time of his removal, and more information on his status will likely be provided in the near future. In the meantime, Brett Sullivan has taken over behind the plate against the Padres.
