Lee went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk and a run scored in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Yankees.
Lee shifted to the leadoff spot Saturday and doubled in the third inning before coming around to score San Francisco's lone run. He also drew a walk in the fifth. The 27-year-old outfielder has struggled to begin the campaign, going 1-for-10 with two strikeouts across three games.

Giants' Jung Hoo Lee: Returns from WBC
Lee went 1-for-2 with a double and a walk in Monday's 3-1 Cactus League loss to the Padres.
Lee returned to Cactus League action after joining Team Korea for the World Baseball Classic, during which he went 5-for-21 with four runs scored, two doubles, two RBI and one walk in five outings. The 27-year-old outfielder started in right field Monday, where he's expected to spend most of his time in the 2026 campaign. Lee primarily played center field in 2025, appearing in 150 regular-season games while slashing .266/.327/.407 with 73 runs scored, 55 RBI, 10 stolen bases, eight long balls and an 11.5 percent strikeout rate across 617 plate appearances.

Giants' Jung Hoo Lee: Tweaks ankle in WBC
Lee rolled his ankle in Thursday's 11-4 win over Czechia in the World Baseball Classic, but the issue is believed to be minor, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Giants manager Tony Vitello said Friday that he believes the injury won't require Lee to miss any games. Korea's next game comes Saturday at 5:00am ET. Lee went 2-for-4 with one run scored during Korea's win over Czechia.

Giants' Jung Hoo Lee: Moving to right field
Lee will move to right field after the Giants signed Harrison Bader to patrol center field, Maria Guardado of MLB.com reports.
Lee grades out as a negative defensive center fielder by most metrics, and Bader on the other hand grades out spectacularly, which is especially important at Oracle Park. Drew Gilbert and Jerar Encarnacion could lose out on playing time following the Bader signing.

Lee has gone 7-for-20 (.350) with two extra-base hits over his last five games, following a seven-game stretch in which he went 0-for-20. The outfielder's slump has cost him a little playing time late in the year as the Giants take a look at some other players to evaluate for 2026.
