After getting a breather Saturday with Oakland starting a southpaw, Carpenter returned and wasted no time making an impact. The 26-year-old continues to deliver strong results when he's healthy, as he's sporting a robust .941 OPS since returning from the injured list in mid-August. Carpenter may get occasional days off against lefties, but he's become an excellent fantasy contributor when he's in the lineup.
