UFC 323 betting preview

Merab Dvalishvili defeated Petr Yan in the main event of a March 2023 UFC Fight Night Card via unanimous decision, which has been the champion's main method of victory lately. During his 14-fight winning streak, the 34-year-old has 12 victories by unanimous decision, including two of his three title defenses, and how he captured the belt against Sean O'Malley in September 2023. Dvalishvili is 21-4 over his career. Yan enters at 19-5 and on a three-fight winning streak, with his last loss coming in his fight against Dvalishvili. Yan looks to win his third bantamweight championship fight, one of them being for an interim belt, on Saturday. 

Of the four fighters in the two title fights, Joshua Van is the only man looking to become a first-time UFC champion. The 24-year-old has a 15-2 career record, including 8-1 since making his UFC debut in June 2023. He enters on a five-fight winning streak, four via unanimous decision, going up against an older, more experienced fighter. Alexandre Pantoja, the current flyweight champion, is 35 years old with a 30-5 career record. Pantoja is going for his fifth successful title defense on Saturday in his first UFC title run after debuting in 2017.  Pantoja's last two wins have come via submission, most recently defeating Kai Kara-France in June at UFC 317. 

For UFC betting, Dvalishvili is the -410 favorite, while Yan is a +320 underdog in the latest UFC 323 odds at DraftKings. He is -225 to win by decision, as he has in six of his last seven fights, with +700 odds to win by submission. Yan's best method of victory odds come via decision at +550. Pantoja is the -225 favorite, with Van as the +185 underdog in the flyweight bout. Pantoja has +150 odds to win his third straight fight by submission, with +225 odds to win by decision. Van has +400 odds to win by decision.
