    Randolph is signing a two-way contract with the Cavaliers on Monday, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

    After waiving Tyler Cook and Alfonzo McKinnie on Monday, the Cavaliers have filled a vacant roster spot for the time being in the 6-6 Randolph. The Alabama product has spent a majority of the season with the Canton Charge of the G League where he's currently averaging a superb 15.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists per contest. Although Randolph isn't likely a long-term solution for the Cavs, he'll surely give the team added depth at the guard position moving forward in 2019-20.

    Randolph, who has attended training camp with Cleveland previously and has spent time in France, played for the G League's Canton Charge last season. In 50 appearances with the Cavaliers' affiliate, he averaged 14.6 points and 4.1 rebounds. Randolph will attempt to impress the coaching staff enough to land a spot on the Cavs' final roster, but he'll likely end up with the Charge again for the 2019-20 campaign.

    That was only Randolph's fourth double-double of the season, but that's mainly because the guard is averaging 3.9 rebounds through 46 games this season. Despite a massive three-year layoff, Randolph will quite possibly hit his 2015-16 figures with the Red Claws, when he averaged 14.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 50 games.
