  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Rare appearance in loss

Sochan finished Tuesday's 106-105 loss to Memphis with two points (1-4 FG, 0-3 3Pt), six rebounds and one assist in 14 minutes. Sochan was back in the rotation, appearing for just the fifth time in the past 13 games. It's been an underwhelming campaign thus far, with Sochan struggling to carve out a regular spot in the rotation. In 22 appearances, he has averaged just 4.9 points and 3.2 rebounds in 14.7 minutes per game, leaving him well outside the top 300 in standard leagues.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Scoreless again in loss

Sochan amassed one assist across six minutes during Saturday's 127-114 loss to the Jazz. Sochan continues to be used sparingly, failing to score for the fourth straight game. He has also failed to touch the floor in four of the past eight games, meaning he hasn't scored a single point since Dec. 8. It's been a rapid decline for Sochan, who is now not even part of the nightly rotation. His fantasy value is obviously nonexistent.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Muted role continues

Sochan recorded zero points (0-1 FG), two rebounds, one assist and one block across 16 minutes during Thursday's 119-94 win over the Wizards. Sochan was back in the rotation, albeit in a limited role, likely as a result of the blowout. Prior to Thursday, Sochan had played a total of four minutes in three games, two of which he failed to see the floor at all. With Victor Wembanyama likely to ramp up his playing time over the coming weeks, it appears as though Sochan could be irrelevant moving forward.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Plays just four minutes in win

Sochan recorded two points (1-2 FG) and three rebounds over four minutes during Monday's 135-132 victory over the Pelicans. Sochan saw his fewest minutes total in a game this season Monday, which coincided with the return of Stephon Castle. Sochan's role has been very inconsistent, and he should not be treated as a roster priority in most fantasy formats.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Stuck in limited role

Sochan posted 11 points (5-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, one assist and two steals across 18 minutes during Tuesday's 126-119 victory over Memphis. The absences of Victor Wembanyama (calf) and Stephon Castle (hip) haven't translated into a boost in playing time for Sochan. Over his first 14 games in 2025-26, Sochan has averaged 6.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 16.3 minutes per contest. Fantasy managers can find more appealing streamers on waiver wires for the time being.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Non-factor in win

Sochan contributed one point (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound and one steal in 10 minutes during Monday's 121-117 victory over Chicago. Sochan barely saw the court, playing just 10 minutes in the win. Since returning from injury, Sochas has been eased back into the rotation, limiting his overall upside. While he can be a viable fantasy contributor, it appears as though the depth in San Antonio is going to work against him, making him nothing more than a streaming consideration.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Available to play vs. New Orleans

Sochan (wrist) is available for Saturday's game against the Pelicans, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports. Sochan continues to manage a lingering left wrist injury that he sustained right before Opening Night on Oct. 22, but he has been cleared to play in a third straight game. He played 15 minutes during Friday's 121-110 win over the Rockets and finished with two points (0-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists and three turnovers.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Questionable for Saturday

Sochan (wrist) is questionable to play in Saturday's game against the Pelicans, Stephen Michael of Lone Star Sports Journal reports. Despite playing the last two games following a long absence, Sochan is still managing the wrist issue. If he's unable to play, the team will likely turn to Keldon Johnson and Carter Bryant to help shoulder the load.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Available Friday

Sochan (wrist) has been cleared to play in Friday's game against the Rockets, NBA reporter Matthew Tynan reports. • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Questionable for Friday

Sochan (wrist) is questionable for Friday's game against Houston, NBA reporter Matthew Tynan reports. Friday is the first half of the Spurs' back-to-back set, so it's not a surprise that Sochan could be held out of action following a lengthy absence to open the season. If Sochan doesn't suit up Friday, Julian Champagnie would be in position for significant minutes on the wing.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Available to play Wednesday

Sochan (wrist) will be available to play Wednesday against the Lakers. Sochan is set to make his regular-season debut for the Spurs, but he'll likely have his minutes monitored, making him an unattractive target in daily fantasy leagues. However, once he's fully up to speed, he could impact Harrison Barnes' and Julian Champagnie's playing time.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Out for Opening Night

Sochan sprained his left wrist Thursday and will miss Opening Night against the Mavericks on Oct. 22, Jared Weiss of The Athletic reports. Sochan returned to 5-on 5 scrimmaging Wednesday and suffered the injury there after previously battling an undisclosed issue. The Spurs will list him as day-to-day going forward. In Sochan's absence, guys like Harrison Barnes and Keldon Johnson could absorb a handful of minutes. The 22-year-old forward appeared in a career-low 54 regular-season games (23 starts) in the 2024-25 campaign, posting averages of 11.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists while shooting 53.5 percent from the field across 25.3 minutes per game.

Sochan (undisclosed) will not play in Friday's preseason game against the Jazz, according to NBA reporter Matthew Tynan. Sochan will be sidelined for his third preseason game in a row Friday. • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Won't play Monday

Sochan (undisclosed) will not play in Monday's preseason game against the Guangzhou Loong-Lions, Dan Weiss of FanDuel Sports Network Southwest reports. Sochan sustained a strained calf while practicing with the Polish national team ahead of EuroBasket, though he was cleared for training camp. Presumably, this is just a maintenance day for the forward since the Spurs are sitting out so many regulars.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Participating in training camp

Sochan (calf) has been cleared to participate in training camp, Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 San Antonio reports. Sochan sustained a strained calf while practicing with the Polish national team ahead of EuroBasket, though he's good to go with training camp underway. The 22-year-old forward appeared in a career-low 54 regular-season games (23 starts) in the 2024-25 campaign, during which he averaged 11.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists while shooting 53.5 percent from the field across 25.3 minutes per game. He's expected to provide a spark off the bench behind Harrison Barnes in the 2025-26 campaign.

Sochan (back) is out for Sunday's game against the Raptors. Sochan couldn't recover from a nagging back injury and will end the season on the sidelines. The big man was limited to only 54 appearances (23 starts) in this third year in the league. He averaged 11.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game while shooting a career-high 53.5 percent from the floor.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Won't play vs. Denver

Sochan (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports. Sochan will miss a second straight game for the Spurs due to a back issue. San Antonio will likely lean on Charles Bassey (knee), Bismack Biyombo and Sandro Mamukelashvili to shoulder the load in the frontcourt in Denver.

  • Spurs' Jeremy Sochan: Unlikely to play Wednesday

Spurs interim head coach Mitch Johnson said after Tuesday's 116-105 loss to the Magic that he doesn't expect Sochan (back) to join the team for Wednesday's road game in Denver, Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 San Antonio reports. Sochan will likely stay behind in San Antonio to receive further treatment after he was ruled out less than an hour before the opening tip of Tuesday's contest due to low back spasms. Bismack Biyombo replaced Sochan in the starting five and could get the nod on the top unit again Wednesday, though Biyombo could be in store for a reduction in minutes with Charles Bassey (knee) likely to play in the second leg of the back-to-back set.
