King totaled 29 points (12-16 FG, 5-8 3Pt), nine rebounds, five assists and four steals over 39 minutes in Westchester's loss to Fort Wayne on Saturday.
King did all he could to try to carry Westchester to a big win, leading the G League squad in scoring and steals while tying for the lead in assists. He was red hot from the field and tied his season high with five three-pointers on just eight attempts. King played his best ball of the campaign down the stretch, registering 24 or more points in three of his final five games. King was the only Westchester player to finish with 20 or more points in the loss, and he drained a season-high five three-pointers en route to his second-highest scoring effort of the regular season. King was previously on a two-way contract with Sacramento, and he has averaged 4.5 points, 1.2 boards and 0.8 three-pointers across 10.4 minutes in 10 NBA contests this season.
