Eason totaled 26 points (12-25 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 0-1 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steal over 32 minutes during Sunday's 113-101 Summer League win over the Pistons.
Eason with another impressive Summer League performance, once again making a living at the rim. The LSU product was solid defensively, collecting two blocks and two steals, and did well on the boards. With the way Eason is playing, it would be shocking if he gets much more run in Summer League.

Eason notched 20 points (7-14 FG, 2-4 3PT, 4-6 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and four blocks across 30 minutes of Friday's 100-99 Summer League win over Portland.
Eason was an obvious standout Friday, blowing by defenders for a thunderous jam and producing one of the blocks of the Summer League on Shaedon Sharpe. The forward rotation is very crowded in Houston this season with the arrivals of Amen Thompson and Dillon Brooks, so Eason will need to keep up this momentum to impress new coach Ime Udoka.

Eason notched 16 points (6-11 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one block across 27 minutes during Sunday's 114-109 victory over the Wizards.
The rookie forward was a consistent force on the glass to end the season, recording at least six boards in each of the last eight games and averaging 8.9 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.4 steals in 26.6 minutes off the bench during that stretch. Eason remains behind Jabari Smith on the depth chart, but the 21-year-old could emerge as a core piece of the second unit next season.

Jae'Sean Tate (knee) missed his fifth game in a row Monday, and his continued absence has paved the way for Eason to see more run behind starting small forward Kenyon Martin in addition to filling his usual duties as the top backup to starting power forward Jabari Smith. In those five games, Eason has played no fewer than 27 minutes, averaging 14.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.6 steals, 1.4 assists and 0.8 three-pointers while shooting 54.7 percent from the field. The non-contending Rockets could choose to hold Tate out for the rest of the season, so Eason looks like he'll continue to remain worthy of rostering in most leagues over the next two weeks.

The Rockets had eight players in double digits in Saturday's win, and Eason paced the team in scoring despite coming off the bench. He's currently going through his most productive stretch of the campaign and has scored in double digits for a season-high four games, but his upside will always be capped as long as he continues to play off the bench.
