Dwayne Gratz, Mike Brown ruled out for Week 3

The Jaguars have ruled cornerback Dwayne Gratz (ankle) and wide receiver Mike Brown (back) out for Sunday's contest against the Seahawks in Week 3. Gratz did not play last week and has just three tackles on the year. Brown also didn't play in Week 2 against the Raiders and has just one catch for 14 yards this season.
