Giants quarterback Eli Manning had one of the worst games in his career during a 23-0 loss Week 15 vs. Seattle. The veteran quarterback threw a career-high five interceptions and finished with a 31.9 quarterback rating, which was his lowest since a Week 16 game in 2006 against the Saints.

It was bad from the get-go for Manning, who had previously thrown four interceptions four times in his career. Manning went three-and-out on the first drive and was even sacked on the third play of the game. Things started to get ugly for Manning when he threw his first interception toward the end of the first quarter. It was an ill-advised pass to Victor Cruz, who was well covered. Cruz got his hands on the pass, but it went through his hands and into the grasp of Byron Maxwell.

Manning would throw his second interception two drives later in the second quarter. Manning tried to hit Hakeem Nicks, who was in 1-on-1 coverage, but Richard Sherman was underneath Nicks and in perfect position for the interception. Manning's third pick of the first half would come on a Hail Mary right before halftime, which was also intercepted by Sherman.

Manning wasn't done throwing interceptions. He was picked off on the first play of the fourth quarter, as he threw behind Hakeem Nicks on a short crossing route. Manning's last interception came in the end zone late in the fourth quarter. He threw a 13-yard pass intended for Nicks, which was batted away by Richard Sherman and intercepted by Earl Thomas on the deflection.

Manning, who was replaced by Curtis Painter on the final drive, completed 18 of 31 passes for 156 yards. He was sacked three times. The Giants are back in action Week 16 at Detroit.
