The Rams made their roster cuts Saturday and one of the casualties was backup quarterback Austin Davis, per the team's official release.
Davis got a chance to start last season, throwing for 2,001 yards with 12 touchdowns and nine interceptions after Sam Bradford was hurt in the preseason, but he would be benched in favor of Shaun Hill down the stretch.
