Wright (shoulder) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Wright practiced in a limited capacity all three days this week. The USC product has missed the last two games with the injury and could see more snaps if fellow cornerbacks Jonathan Joseph (knee) and Aaron Colvin (ankle) are unavailable. Shareece Wright: Plans to sign with Texans
Wright is expected to sign with the Texans, Aaron Wilson of The Houston Chronicle reports.
The veteran cornerback was cut by the Raiders ahead of Week 1 after spending the preseason with them. Before that, Wright spent the 2017 season in Buffalo, recording 44 tackles, five passes defensed, one interception and a forced fumble. He won't likely play a major role on Houston's defense at first but will provide some veteran presence in the secondary.

Texans' Shareece Wright: Lands in Houston
Wright signed a contract with the Texans on Wednesday, Drew Dougherty of the Texans' official site reports.
Wright provides the Texans with depth in their secondary following the placement of Kevin Johnson (concussion) on injured reserve. The veteran cornerback recorded 44 tackles with Buffalo last season, in addition to five passes defended, one interception and a forced fumble. Wright will work to earn a rotational role in Houston's defense for the time being.

Entering his eighth season in the league, Wright's veteran presence didn't make him a lock for a spot in the Raiders' secondary. He was bothered by a minor hamstring injury during the latter portion of training camp and the team consequently brought in Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie to provide additional depth.

Wright was injured in the Raiders' preseason matchup against the Rams and has been sidelined since. He was making a case to earn a spot on the 53-man roster prior to the injury, but that, along with the subsequent signing of Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, has seemingly hurt his chances. He will now look to make an impression at camp before final roster cuts Saturday.

Raiders' Shareece Wright: Joins Oakland
Wright indicated on his personal Instagram page he is joining the Raiders, Matt Schneidman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Wright totaled 44 tackles, one interception and one forced fumble with the Bills last season. The Raiders are also adding former Colt Rashaan Melvin to their cornerback group, and Wright is likely to battle for snaps behind Melvin in 2018.

Bills' Shareece Wright: Enters concussion protocol
Bills head coach Sean McDermott announced Tuesday that Wright was placed in the NFL's concussion protocol following Sunday's 37-16 loss to the Patriots, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Wright was shaken up during the contest and didn't return, but the Bills didn't initially reveal the reason behind his departure. The cornerback will now have to clear all five phases of the protocol in order to play Week 17 against the Dolphins, potentially leaving the Bills shorthanded in the secondary. Fellow cornerback E.J. Gaines (knee) is also uncertain to suit up in Week 17.
