Lynden Trail: Reaches injury settlement
Trail (undisclosed) reached an injury settlement with the Redskins on Thursday, Master Tesfatsion of The Washington Post reports.
Trail is now free to sign elsewhere if he is healthy. The 26-year-old played in two games with Washington late last season, and he recorded 12 tackles during four exhibitions prior to the undisclosed injury.

Redskins' Lynden Trail: Reverts to injured reserve
Trail (undisclosed) reverted to the Redskins' injured reserve after clearing waivers Sunday, Nora Princiotti of The Washington Times reports.
Trail projected as a long shot at landing on the final roster before being waived/injured with an undisclosed injury. Unless he and the Redskins agree to an injury settlement, he will spend the remainder of the season on their IR.
