Harper will not play Saturday due to the Fresno State-Colorado game being postponed because of severe flooding in the Boulder area, the Fresno Bee reports.The game is scheduled to be played on December 7th if neither the Bulldogs or Buffaloes make their respective conference championships. Harper caught five passes for 37 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 61-14 rout of Idaho.Harper is tied with Davante Adams with the team-lead in touchdowns with seven. Considering Adams scored three against Idaho, it's safe to say Harper has been the most consistent receiver on the team.
