  • Redskins' Harlan Miller: Signed by Redskins

Miller was signed by the Redskins on Tuesday.

Miller spent parts of two seasons with the Cardinals before reaching an injury settlement with his former team prior to the 2018 campaign. The ankle issue appears to be a thing of the past as he'll provide depth at safety for the Redskins in Week 16 against the Titans.

  • Cardinals' Harlan Miller: Re-signs with Arizona

Miller re-signed with the Cardinals on Wednesday, Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic reports.

Arizona opted to waive Miller back in May but decided to bring him in again in search of added secondary depth. Should Miller make the team, he'll likely serve as a special teams asset.

  • Harlan Miller: Let go by Cardinals

The Cardinals waived Miller on Wednesday, Kyle Odegard of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Since being selected in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, Miller has struggled to find much of a role in Arizona, playing in just seven total games across two seasons. Miller spent the bulk of the 2017 campaign with the team's practice squad and could be destined for that unit again if he can't make a regular-season roster elsewhere following training camp this summer.

Miller was promoted to Arizona's active roster Monday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

  • Cardinals' Harlan Miller: Selected in sixth round by Cardinals

The Cardinals selected Miller in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, 205th overall.

Arizona went the small-school route yet again Saturday by taking another secondary player out of a non-FBS program, nabbing Miller out of Southeastern Louisiana. Miller has decent size for a corner, checking in at 6-0, 182 with 31 3/8-inch arms. He lacks elite speed for the position, however, running a 4.57, 40-yard dash at his pro day, but he has been lauded for his fluidity in coverage and his willingness as a tackler. Miller looks to be a project at the next level, but Arizona is an excellent landing spot for developmental defensive backs.
