Deiondre' Hall: Doesn't get claimed
Hall passed through waivers unclaimed Friday, according to the NFL's transaction log.
One day earlier, the Buccaneers cut ties with Hall, per Scott Smith of the team's official site. Hall was active for 23 NFL games between the Bears and Eagles from 2016 through 2018, posting 13 tackles and one interception. That said, he didn't get a shot during the 2019 season before signing a reserve/future contract with Tampa Bay back in January.

Eagles' Deiondre' Hall: Can return from suspension
Hall (suspension) can return to the Eagles' active roster Friday, Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal reports.
Hall received the one-game suspension in August for violating the league's substance abuse policy, but he can return after Thursday's season opener. The Eagles acquired the 24-year-old last week from the Bears, and he will likely serve as a depth defensive back and special teams contributor for his new team.

Eagles' Deiondre' Hall: Traded to Eagles
The Bears traded Hall (suspension) to the Eagles for a conditional seventh-round pick on Saturday, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Hall only suited up two games for the Bears in 2017 and didn't make a tackle. He'll serve as a depth option in Philly and will be far from an IDP asset. The third-year pro will also sit out Week 1 against the Falcons for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.

Bears' Deiondre' Hall: Suspended for Week 1
Hall has received a one-game suspension for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse, Adam Hoge of WGNRadio.com reports.
Hall originally plead guilty to disorderly conduct and public intoxication charges related to a March 2017 incident, receiving six months' probation in February as a result. He'll be eligible to return to the Bears' active roster one day after the team's regular-season opener against the Packers on Sep. 9.

Hall received six months' probation Feb. 6 after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct and public intoxication charges related to a March 2017 incident in Cedar Falls, Iowa, Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Though Hall's legal situation is now resolved, it remains to be seen if he'll be subject to further discipline from the Bears or the NFL. Hall, a 2016 fourth-round pick, appeared in two games last season after being activated from injured reserve in early December, following an extended absence due to a hamstring issue.

The Bears are dealing with a plethora of injuries at safety, so Hall could be in line for a relatively healthy workload right away. Either he or Chris Prosinsky, who is also making his season debut, is expected to get the start at strong safety in Week 13.

The Bears will thus have a 21-day window to evaluate Hall's health in practices before adding him to the 53-man roster or leaving him on injured reserve for the rest of the season. The Bears placed Hall (hamstring) on injured reserve Monday, Rich Campbell of The Chicago Tribune reports.
Hall went down with a hamstring injury during the Bears' preseason finale. He originally made the their 53-man roster before they opted to place him on IR Monday. However, the Bears can still opt to designate the 23-year-old as an IR-R player meaning he could return to the roster in eight weeks.

Hall was arrested Saturday night after a disturbance at a bar in Cedar Falls, Iowa, The Chicago Tribune reports.
Hall was accompanied by a former teammate at Northern Iowa in Packers CB Makinton Dorleant and ultimately charged with three misdemeanor counts for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and interference. We'll wait and see if the league decides to dish out a punishment.

Hall (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's matchup against the Packers, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports.
News came earlier in the week that Hall's ankle injury would not require surgery, but the rookie cornerback will be out for at least Week 7's tilt, with his next opportunity to return coming Week 8 on Monday night against the Vikings. Sherrick McManis and Cre'von LeBlanc could be in line for additional reps when the Packers deploy multiple-receiver offensive sets, but their roles likely won't be affected too severely if Tracy Porter (knee) and Bryce Callahan (hamstring) are able to play.
