Murdock (ankle) agreed to an injury settlement and was waived from injured reserve, according to the league's official transaction log.
Murdock landed on IR last week after sustaining an unspecified ankle injury. The receiver is now immediately eligible to sign with any team outside of Dallas.

Murdock (foot) has reverted to injured reserve, per NFL Communications.
Murdock was waived/injured by the Cowboys on Monday after reportedly suffering an ankle issue, and his season will likely come to a close with his placement on IR. He may make another attempt at a depth receiver role again next season.

Marchie Murdock: Waived by Cowboys
Murdock was waived/injured by the Cowboys on Monday, Todd Archer of ESPN reports.
According to Archer, Murdock injured his ankle during Thursday's preseason opener after hauling in two catches for 36 yards. It is an unfortunate break for Murdock, but he may have flashed enough to earn another opportunity to make an NFL roster once healthy.
