Hitner inked a reserve/futures contract with Indianapolis on Tuesday.
Hitner spent time with both the Bills' and Jets' practice squads this season after he was waived by the Rams prior to the 2019 season. The undrafted free agent out of Villanova has never seen regular season NFL action in his career.

Brandon Hitner: Joins Buffalo's practice squad
Hitner signed with the Bills' practice squad Wednesday, The Buffalo News reports.
It was initially believed that Hitner signed to Buffalo's 53-man roster after Tuesday's workout, but he instead joined the practice squad. The 24-year-old could be promoted should any injuries crop up on the interior of the offensive line.

Hitner was signed by the Bills on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Hitner had been placed on the Jets' practice squad injured list in mid-October, but he was healthy enough to impress during a workout in Buffalo this week.
