While Dzubnar has suggested he will try to play through the pain, the team apparently won't allow that to happen this week. The news couldn't come at a worse time, as the Chargers are already without Manti Te'o (Achilles) and could be without Denzel Perryman, who missed both Thursday and Friday's practice with a shoulder injury.
