Scooter Harrington: Cut by Chicago
Harrington was waived by the Bears on Tuesday.
Harrington signed with the Bears as a UDFA in the spring but won't make the season-opening roster. He didn't produce much in the passing game during his time at Stanford with only 17 catches for 103 yards and two touchdowns during his collegiate career.
