    Cole (ankle) did not practice Monday, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports.

    Cole appeared on the injury report with an ankle issue, but it is unknown when the injury actually occurred. The extent of his injury is also unknown, but he will likely have to suit up for the Chiefs' second preseason game Aug. 20 against the Cardinals if he wants to make the roster.
