President agreed to an undisclosed contract with the Texans on Sunday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
President was recently let go by the Titans on Thursday but was able to find a new landing spot Sunday. The Illinois product spent 2018 on Tennessee's practice squad and will replace D'Onta Foreman on the roster.
