Koroma was waived by the Chiefs on Monday, according to the league's official transaction log.
Koroma appears to have fully recovered from his undisclosed knee injury, given that the Chiefs waived him without a failed physical designation. The 23-year-old will search for a depth role elsewhere in the league.

Koroma (knee) was waived/injured by the Chiefs on Sunday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
The Chiefs scooped Jack Allen off waivers to fill the roster vacancy. Koroma is expected to clear waivers and return to the Chiefs' injured reserve.

Koroma (knee) cleared waivers and reverted to injured reserve, according to the league's official transaction log.
Koroma was waived Sunday in order to make room for Jack Allen, who Kansas City had claimed off waivers from the Bears. As such, it wouldn't be a surprise if Koroma were to agree to an injury settlement in the near future in order to try and get a fresh start elsewhere.
