The Dolphins waived Hilland (undisclosed) from injured reserve, according to the NFL's Transaction page.
Hilland previously spent the 2018 season on the Dolphins' practice squad. When fully recovered from his undisclosed injury, the 24-year-old center may look for a depth role elsewhere.

Dolphins' Connor Hilland: Clears waivers
Hilland (undisclosed) was placed on the waived/injured list by the Dolphins on Tuesday, according to the NFL's Transaction page.
Hilland spent the 2018 season on Miami's practice squad after he was signed as an undrafted free agent next season. The extent of the injury isn't known, but he won't count against the team's 90-man roster limit.
