Hiliare was waived by Atlanta on Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Hiliare signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in May but was unable to earn a spot on the final roster. The 23-year-old could be brought back on the Falcons' practice squad but will look for a new opportunity elsewhere if not.
