Chiefs' Jimmy Holiday: Reverts to PS, inks future deal
Holiday reverted to the Chiefs' practice squad and signed a reserve/future contract with Kansas City on Monday, Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.com reports.
Holiday was elevated to the Chiefs' active roster for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Raiders, when he played one of 64 offensive snaps without showing up on the box score otherwise. He'll be on the Chiefs' 90-man roster during the offseason and will look to do enough during OTAs, minicamp and training camp to earn a spot on the team's 53-man roster for the 2026 season.

Chiefs' Jimmy Holiday: Chance to play in Week 18
The Chiefs elevated Holiday from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.com reports.
Holiday has bounced on and off the Chiefs' practice squad this season, and this marks his first elevation. With Rashee Rice (concussion), Tyquan Thornton (concussion) both sidelined and Xavier Worthy (illness) looking unlikely to suit up, Holiday could be active for the first time in his career.

Holiday impressed at the team's rookie minicamp, earning himself a deal ahead of the 2025 campaign. The 6-foot-1, 211-pound wide receiver went unselected in April's 2025 NFL Draft after catching 39 of 64 targets for 476 yards and two touchdowns while also turning 48 carries into 182 yards and four scores over 13 contests with Louisiana Tech in 2024. Holiday will compete for a spot on Kansas City's 53-man roster in 2025.
