The defenseman remains mired in a 21-game goal drought after failing to score since Opening Night against the Panthers. Wild's Brock Faber: One point in win
Faber recorded an assist along with one shot in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Islanders.
The 21-year-old assisted on Vinni Lettieri's game-tying goal late in the second period. In the past four games, Faber has three assists and three shots on goal to go along with six blocked shots. He has been a key piece to the defensive pairings in Minnesota and is averaging 23:38 of ice time per game, only behind assistant captain Jonas Brodin, who is at 23:40 per game.

Faber got the Wild on the board just 7:54 into the first period and that marker proved to be the game-winner. It was the 21-year-old defenseman's first point in three career contests. Faber had four goals and 27 points in 38 NCAA games with the University of Minnesota in 2022-23.
