  • Linus Hogberg: Placed on unconditional waivers

    Hogberg was placed on unconditional waivers by Philadelphia on Thursday for the purposes of terminating his contract, TSN's Chris Johnston reports.

    Hogberg inked a one-year, two-way contract in August of 2022, but apparently Hogberg wants to return to Europe as he has a goal and three assists in 19 games and has not seen any ice time since Jan. 14.

  • Flyers' Linus Hogberg: Signs two-way deal

    Hogberg signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Flyers on Friday, Adam Kimelman of NHL.com reports.

    Hogberg spent most of the 2021-22 season with AHL Lehigh Valley, picking up eight points through 58 games, but he also drew into five contests with the Flyers, notching two helpers over that span. He'll likely fill a similar role in 2022-23.
