  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: On track for offseason program

Bredeson (knee) is expected to be fully healthy in time to participate in Tampa Bay's offseason program, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Bredeson missed the final four games of the 2025 regular season due to a knee issue, but it doesn't appear that his recovery will impede his activity level this offseason. He remains under contract with the Buccaneers for two more seasons.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Moved to IR

The Buccaneers placed Bredeson (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Bredeson left last Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Saints early with a knee injury and did not return. The offensive guard will now have to miss the remainder of the regular season as part of the minimum four-game IR stint before potentially being able to return to the Buccaneers in January if they make the postseason. Michael Jordan is set to start at left guard in Bredeson's absence.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Won't return vs. NOLA

Bredeson (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Saints, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Bredeson sustained a knee injury during the second quarter of Sunday's game, and the injury is severe enough for him to not return. Michael Jordan will remain at left guard the rest of the way.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Exits with knee injury

Bredeson (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Saints, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Bredeson exited to the lockeroom in the second quarter of Sunday's game versus the Saints. Evan Closky reported the 27-year-old is undergoing X-rays to determine the severity of the injury. Elijah Klein is next up on the depth chart should Bredeson remain out.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Active Sunday

Bredeson (hamstring) is active for Sunday's matchup with the Cardinals.

The starting left guard practiced in full Friday, so his return from a two-game absence is not a surprise. Bredeson has started every game he's played in over the past three seasons.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Gets tagged as questionable

Bredeson (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Cardinals, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Bredeson was a full participant at practice Friday, so it appears he's on the 'probable' end of the questionable designation. If he misses a third straight contest in Week 13, though, veteran Dan Feeney would probably make another start at left guard.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Limited in practice Wednesday

Bredeson (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Bredeson missed last Sunday night's loss to the Rams and has missed back-to-back contests. His limited session Wednesday would seem to give Bredeson a chance to play Sunday against Arizona.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Ruled out for Week 12

Bredeson (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday night's game against the Rams, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Bredeson was injured in the Bucs' Week 10 loss to the Patriots and will miss a second straight contest. Veteran Dan Feeney figures to be in the mix to start in Bredeson's place at left guard.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Back at practice

Bredeson (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice Thursday.

The offensive guard did not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough and missed Tampa Bay's Week 11 loss to the Bills with the hamstring issue. Bredeson is trending toward playing in Week 12 against the Rams, though his status Friday will still be worth monitoring.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Misses practice again

Bredeson (hamstring) didn't participate in Tampa Bay's walkthrough Wednesday.

Bredeson remains sidelined with the hamstring injury that held him out of the Week 11 loss to the Bills. With Dan Feeney currently dealing with an illness, Elijah Klein could draw a start at left guard versus the Rams on Sunday if both Bredeson and Feeney can't play.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Won't suit up at Buffalo

Bredeson (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game against the Bills, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Bredeson will miss his first game of the season in Week 11 due to a hamstring injury he suffered in Week 10 versus the Patriots. In his stead, veteran Dan Feeney could be called on to start at guard Sunday.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Ominous start to practice week

Bredeson (hamstring) was estimated as a non-participant in Wednesday's practice walkthrough.

Bredeson hurt his hamstring Sunday against New England and didn't play after suffering the injury in the first quarter. It's obviously not a good sign that he was deemed a DNP to begin this week of prep, though he could have a chance to play this Sunday versus Buffalo if he's able to practice in some capacity before the weekend. If Bredeson is ultimately held out against the Bills, Michael Jordan could start at left guard.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Doubtful to return Sunday

Bredeson (hamstring) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Patriots.

The left guard started the game despite dealing with a shoulder injury during the practice week, and now he's picked up a new injury. Michael Jordan has replaced him at left guard for the Bucs, per Scott Smith of the team's official site.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Cleared to play New England

Bredeson (shoulder) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Patriots, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Bredeson popped up on Thursday's injury report due to a shoulder injury. He avoided an injury tag for Week 10 after logging a full practice Friday, and he's expected to start at left guard Sunday.
