The G League's Cleveland Charge acquired Sutton (foot) and a 2022 second-round draft pick Sunday from the Stockton Kings in exchange for guard Sheldon Mac, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.
Sutton hasn't appeared in the G League in 2021-22 while he continues to recover from the season-ending foot injury he sustained last February during his time with the Santa Cruz Warriors. It's unclear if Sutton is on track to play at any point this season, but the Charge will retain his G League rights if and when he's ready to take the court.
