Okonkwo recorded four receptions on five targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 25-3 loss to the Jaguars.
Okonkwo has been out-targeted by rookie tight end Gunnar Helm for the last two weeks, but he's still maintained a key role in the Tennessee offense. Okonkwo led the Titans in receiving yards -- albeit with a modest total -- thanks to a pair of catches on Tennessee's opening drive that went for a combined 22 yards. He now has at least three receptions in three straight games since the team's bye, topping 40 yards on two occasions in that span.

Okonkwo (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Okonkwo has been on the injury report with a foot issue for the past month, but he's rarely entered the weekend with an injury designation. While he was listed as questionable to suit up, Okonkwo is in line to play against Jacksonville. Okonkwo has been dealing with a foot issue since late October, but it hasn't yet caused him to miss any games. He appears likely to suit up again in Week 13, despite sitting out Thursday's practice and being limited in two others. Okonkwo caught three passes (on four targets) for 40 yards during the Titans' 30-24 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.
Okonkwo was cleared to play Sunday after working through a foot injury during Week 12 prep. He was one of four Titans pass catchers to log at least 40 receiving yards, though notably, he was outproduced by rookie tight end Gunnar Helm, the latter of whom led Tennessee with six catches for 51 yards while tying Chimere Dike for a team-high seven targets. Okonkwo has caught at least three passes in three of his last four games, and for the year he has accumulated 35 catches (on 46 targets) for 377 yards and zero touchdowns across 11 regular-season games. Next up for the Titans is a Week 13 clash against the Jaguars, whose defense yielded a 9-79-0 line (on 10 targets) to Trey McBride in an overtime win over the Cardinals on Sunday.

The Titans ran only 44 plays and attempted just 21 passes, limiting volume for all of their offensive skill-position players. Okonkwo was one of the affected pass catchers, as he was targeted only twice to match his lowest mark of the season.
