Clippers' James Harden: Ruled out against Phoenix

Harden (foot) won't play against the Suns on Tuesday, Joey Linn of SI.com reports.

Harden will sit for the first time in April, but his absence doesn't come as a major surprise after he wasn't on the court earlier Tuesday for morning shootaround. Russell Westbrook will start at point guard in Harden's place, and he and Paul George are likely to see significant usage rate spikes with Kawhi Leonard (knee) also sidelined.
