Nets' Chris McCullough: Assigned to D-League

McCullough was assigned to the Long Island Nets of the D-League on Wednesday.

McCullough has been only a fringe player for Brooklyn this season, so he'll return to Long Island for an opportunity to see significant minutes in a real game setting. He's expected to be available for Wednesday's matchup with the Erie BayHawks, after which he'll likely return to the NBA club.
