Durant won't play Friday against the Magic due to a sprained right shoulder, Malika Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
Durant has apparently been playing through the injury since Nov. 8, per Brian Lewis of the New York Post. The 33-year-old will miss his first game of the season Friday, and his next chance to take the court will come Monday at Cleveland. DeAndre' Bembry and James Johnson should see increased playing time in his absence.
