49ers' Ricky Pearsall: Discharged from hospital Sunday

The 49ers announced that Pearsall (shoulder/chest) was released Sunday from San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.

Pearsall was upgraded from "serious" to "fair" condition earlier Sunday, and he's now been given clearance to return home. The development is obviously great news for the rookie receiver after he was shot in the chest as the victim of an alleged robbery attempt Saturday.
