Coach Kliff Kingsbury clarified after Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Panthers that McCoy left the game due to a pectoral injury, Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic reports.

The severity of McCoy's injury is yet to be determined, but the quarterback was unable to come back into the game after initially being deemed questionable to return. If neither McCoy nor Kyler Murray (ankle) are ready to return to action against the Seahawks in Week 11, the Cardinals will presumably turn to Chris Streveler, who replaced McCoy against Carolina.
