Los Angeles signed Phillips to a contract Friday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Phillips inks with the Chargers after having appeared in all 17 regular-season games for Houston in 2024, playing 25 snaps on defense and 363 on special teams. He figures to contribute as a key special-teamer for Los Angeles in 2025.
