Sprinkle was elevated from the Cowboys' practice squad ahead of Monday's game against the Eagles, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

Sprinkle was elevated from the practice squad for each of the first two weeks of the season, but he played just five offensive snaps during that time. He's unlikely to have a significant role in Week 3 behind Dalton Schultz and Blake Jarwin.
