Eagles' Jalen Carter: Will not play Saturday

Carter (shoulders) has been ruled out for Saturday's matchup against the Commanders.

Carter hasnt played since Week 13 after having surgery on both of his shoulders in early December. With the 24-year-old still week-to-week, Byron Young will continue to have an expanded role on the defensive line for the third game in a row.
