The Titans signed Kinsey to the practice squad Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Kinsey has spent portions of each of the last three seasons on the Titans' active roster, though he has only two career receptions. With the team adding both Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd this offseason, Kinsey will continue to have a long path to getting on the field.
